Encyclia vitellina | Blooming size cool growing minature orchid

A true miniature Encyclia native to the mountain slopes of Mexico, Guatamala, and El Salvador. The 

Flower pics are representational and not pictures of the actual plant itself. I currently have a couple of these and will select the best one to send.

Grow theses like any Encyclia. Mounted or very free-flowing media, watered every other day but allowed to dry out by evening. These are cool to cold growing. Temperatures over 80 will not make this orchid happy.

All items will be shipped USPS or UPS and due to the nature of our products, we do not ship outside of the United States.  We are not currently shipping Hawaii. Any orders placed from Hawaii will be canceled and refunded.

While we take great care in our packaging and shipping plants sometimes do get damaged in shipping. We do our best to protect all plants but cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. As these are live plants, please open your order quickly after receiving it. We suggest an anti-fungal treatment after unpacking your plants, such as Physan or other over-the-counter treatments. Please adhere to all manufacturer guidelines and dosages. Follow that with 1-2 days of drying before the first watering.
