Guarianthe bowringiana 4n | Live fragrant Orchid species

Guarianthe bowringiana is native to Central America and grows to be a large specimen plant easily. Up to 3' tall and blooming in the Fall these can be quite the spectacle when in full bloom. Seedling grown from a tetraploid sibling cross, these will be spectacular!

Pictures do not show the exact plant you may receive but all our plants are grown with care and in good condition so will look similar.

Grow these similar to a Cattleya. Med to bright indirect light with these, medium water every 2-4 days and allow them to dry completely, based on your environment's humidity.

As these are live plants, please open your order quickly after receiving it. We suggest an antifungal treatment after unpacking your plants, such as Physan, Zeritol HC, or other over-the-counter treatments, please adhere to all manufacturer guidelines and dosages. Follow that with 1-2 days of drying before the first watering.
