Shipping policy

Orchids are generally shipped USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or UPS 3 Day shipping. You have the option to choose the appropriate option for you. Please consider distance and time. Our recommendations are as follows. 

• SE United States = UPS Ground
• All other areas = Priority or UPS 3-day shipping

Supplies are sent either First Class mail for items under 1lb or UPS Ground for items greater than 1lb.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. All shipments are insured automatically up to $100. 

While we take great care in our packaging and shipping but plants sometimes do get damaged in shipping. We do our best to protect all plants but cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. As these are live plants, please open your order quickly after receiving it. We suggest an antifungal treatment after unpacking your plants, such as Physan, Zeritol HC, or other over the counter treatments, please adhere to all manufacture guidelines. Follow that with 3-4 days of drying prior to the first watering.
