Dendrobium smillieae "Lee x HR Grant"

Commonly referred to as the bottlebrush orchid. This blooming-sized orchid species is native to Australia, Papa New Guinee, and Thailand. Easy grow with amazing flowers that bloom from leafless canes, do not cut the leafless canes!

Med to bright indirect light and water every 2-5 days based on your environment's humidity. These go fully deciduous during the winter. Do not be surprised but leafless canes or if your leaves begin to die off in the winter. Do not cut off the old canes.

It's sweater weather! Add a heat pack to help protect your orchids in weather under 50.

All items will be shipped USPS and due to the nature of our products we do not ship outside of the United States.  We are not currently shipping Hawaii. Any orders placed from Hawaii will be canceled and refunded.

While we take great care in our packaging and shipping but plants sometimes do get damaged in shipping. We do our best to protect all plants but cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. As these are live plants, please open your order quickly after receiving it. We suggest an anti fungal treatment after unpacking your plants, such as Physan or other over the counter treatments. Please adhere to all manufacture guidelines and dosages. Follow that with 1-2 days of drying prior to the first watering.
