Dendrobium Greg Scott (4N) × Dendrobium Kaipu (4N) is a premium, heavy-hitting antelope-type Dendrobium cross engineered for collectors who want the absolute maximum in flower size, substance, and color intensity. Because both parent plants are confirmed tetraploids (4N), this seedling population inherits a doubled set of chromosomes, translating directly into ultra-thick, cardboard-like floral texture, significantly larger blooms, and structural rigidity that outclasses standard diploid hybrids.

This cross brings together two elite, warm-growing lineages:

• The Pod Parent (Den. Greg Scott 4N): A famous and highly striking hybrid (Den. lasianthera × Den. lineale) known for its twisting, upright antelope horns, rich bronze-chocolate tones, and a beautifully veined, contrasting lip. The 4N status ensures massive flower size and an exceptionally flat, robust presentation.

• The Pollen Parent (Den. Kaipu 4N): A powerhouse breeder (Den.
