Christine Fleshman and Rlc. Mitsuo Akatsuka, this choice cultivar is celebrated for its large, 5-inch flowers that showcase a brilliant, rich lavender-pink palette. The showstopping feature is its broad, heavily ruffled lip, which opens to reveal a soft, glowing yellow throat that contrasts beautifully against the deeply saturated petals.
